This website is provided through Firebase Hosting, a service offered by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested file, browser and device information, and referrer information.

This data is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably, detect misuse and ensure technical stability. We do not analyse this access data ourselves unless this is necessary for operation, security or error analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to measure website reach without cookies. Plausible does not set cookies or use persistent identifiers to recognise visitors.

The data collected includes page views, referrers, browser, operating system, device type and approximate location information. According to Plausible, the IP address is not stored and is processed only briefly to produce aggregated statistics.

The provider is Plausible Insights OÜ, Tartu, Estonia. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in statistically analysing and improving the website in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message and communication metadata. We use this data to handle your enquiry.

Emails are processed in our Google Workspace account. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Depending on the content of the enquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.

5. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Business- related email correspondence may be retained in accordance with commercial and tax law requirements.

6. Your rights

Subject to the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Bavaria, this is in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
