The barriers to using AI well
Most employees have already experimented with AI, whether at work or in their personal lives. Yet there is often a lack of fundamental understanding: what can AI do, and where are its limits? Which application suits which task, and how can results be assessed reliably?
Responsible and secure use also requires a basic understanding of data protection and security: which data may be processed in which AI systems, and how can AI be used in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Without shared rules and a common understanding, organisations develop inconsistent working methods, unnecessary risks and uncertainty in everyday use.
Practical, not abstract
Our training reflects the real tasks and workflows in your organisation. Instead of generic examples, we work with typical questions, documents and day-to-day situations. Participants see immediately where AI can provide meaningful support and how to transfer what they learn to their own work.
Beyond teaching individual AI applications, we build a sound understanding and safe working practices that transfer to new tools as they emerge. We tailor the content and examples to participants’ prior knowledge and specific requirements.
