AI Training

Enable your team to use AI effectively

Our practical training gives teams and leaders the understanding and confidence to use AI responsibly and productively in their day-to-day work.

The barriers to using AI well

Most employees have already experimented with AI, whether at work or in their personal lives. Yet there is often a lack of fundamental understanding: what can AI do, and where are its limits? Which application suits which task, and how can results be assessed reliably?

What does the EU AI Act require from organisations?

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations to take appropriate measures to ensure that employees using AI systems have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Our training helps you build this capability through practical application. Attendance certificates allow you to document the completed training within your organisation.

Responsible and secure use also requires a basic understanding of data protection and security: which data may be processed in which AI systems, and how can AI be used in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Without shared rules and a common understanding, organisations develop inconsistent working methods, unnecessary risks and uncertainty in everyday use.

Practical, not abstract

Our training reflects the real tasks and workflows in your organisation. Instead of generic examples, we work with typical questions, documents and day-to-day situations. Participants see immediately where AI can provide meaningful support and how to transfer what they learn to their own work.

Beyond teaching individual AI applications, we build a sound understanding and safe working practices that transfer to new tools as they emerge. We tailor the content and examples to participants’ prior knowledge and specific requirements.

What our training covers

Our training consists of four modules, combining accessible foundations with direct application. Before the session, we agree the priorities and level of depth with you, based on your objectives, participants’ roles and their existing knowledge.

  1. Module 1

    AI fundamentals

How does generative AI work, and where are its strengths and limitations? How can hallucinations be recognised and assessed, and what exactly is an AI agent?

  2. Module 2

    Data protection and security

Which data may be processed in AI systems, how can sensitive information be protected and how can AI be used in line with internal policies, the GDPR and the EU AI Act?

  3. Module 3

    The AI application landscape

Which tools are available beyond ChatGPT and Copilot, how do they differ and which solution is suitable for which task when data protection and security are taken into account?

  4. Module 4

    Tailored

    Putting AI into practice

Together, we apply the knowledge from the previous modules to selected use cases from your organisation. Participants learn practical approaches for their own individual tasks.

Frequently asked questions

Content & requirements

Who is the AI training designed for?

The training is for employees and leaders who want to build or deepen their ability to work with AI. We adapt the content and practical examples to participants’ existing knowledge and the use cases in your organisation.

Is any prior knowledge required?

No. Participants do not need previous experience with AI or any technical background. We build on the knowledge already present and adjust the depth accordingly.

How is the content tailored to our organisation?

Before the training, we discuss your objectives, participants’ areas of work and the relevant constraints. We then tailor the content, examples and priorities accordingly.

Can we bring our own use cases?

Yes. We incorporate use cases, questions and documents that you provide in advance into the tailored practical module.

Organisation & format

How long does a training session take?

The duration depends on the content, group size and extent of the practical exercises. Training is generally planned as a half-day or full-day format.

Where does the training take place?

Training can take place at your premises, in our facilities in Kempten or as an interactive online session. For on-site training, we need a room with a projector or sufficiently large display.

Does each participant need a laptop?

No. Content is presented on a central screen and we work through the practical exercises together. This format keeps everyone on the same path and avoids losing time to device setup, missing access or technical issues.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants receive a certificate of attendance after the training, enabling you to document the completed skills development measure within your organisation.

Let’s plan your AI training

Tell us briefly what your team should be able to achieve with AI. In an initial conversation, we will determine which content, practical examples and format best suit your objectives and participants.

It helps if you can share:

  • Your objectives, preferred topics or specific use cases
  • The number, roles and prior experience of participants
  • Your preferred date, location or format
